Senior Media Buyer (VIP clients)

Tasks and responsibilities
  • Working with VIP clients on the market
  • Liaising and building relationships with clients and media sales companies
  • Setting ad campaigns
  • Client reporting and budget management, including preparing costings for clients and producing spending updates throughout the campaign
  • Analysing the effectiveness of the campaign and using this data to inform future campaigns
  • Working on a range of client accounts at the same time, often juggling various projects and deadlines
Professional requirements
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Excellent research skills and the ability to recognise good opportunities
  • Previous experience with ad management and delivery systems/online advertising operations required. Experience with DoubleClick, OpenX is also a plus
  • Confidence negotiating, good team and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills with the proven ability to work independently and take full ownership of projects with the ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease

  • To be a natural-born salesperson
  • Must have analytical abilities with trouble¬≠shooting skills
  • Result oriented with attention to details
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • English reading/writing - Upper-Intermediate, Advanced
  • A willingness to do what it takes to get things done
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies
  • Ability to work independently within development team
